Yes! For branding photography inquiries, please send us a message using the contact page or email contact@kellie.photography. After submission, you can expect a quote within 72 hours. Turnaround time often depends on the scale of the project.
Non-wedding services may be booked as far as 365 days (one year) in advance and booked no sooner than 48 hours prior to the session date. Wedding services may be booked as far as 730 days (two years) in advance and no sooner than 30 days prior to the session date.
All photo session packages include reserving your time slot for your session, blemish removal/editing of all final images, your private online gallery, and personal use copyright for all processed digital images.
All client photos are uploaded to their very own online gallery within their client portal. Clients will have access to their portal after booking their first session.
As of now, I am able to accept cash app, card, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Yes! And they are made right here in the USA. I've partnered with the finest print labs in the United States with the strictest standards for quality, handling, and packaging. Simply choose an image from your gallery, select the type and quantity of your print products, add to cart, and check out.
It depends. Travel expenses (i.e., mileage) are only charged when I’m traveling 30+ miles out of my service area to a client. Mileage rates are calculated based on the IRS’s standard mileage rate, which as of 2023, is $0.65 per mile. While viewing your online gallery, you are able to select and add photos to your cart for printing by hovering your cursor over the photo you want printed and selecting the shopping cart icon. From here, you can look at package options or print individual items.
Yes. All clients must pay a 50% deposit of the total cost of their photo session upon booking to reserve their time slot. The remaining balance must be paid no less than 48 hours prior to the session. *Note: Late payments will accrue a 25% late fee, based on the total cost of the session, in addition to the remaining amount due.
Yes. Whether you are a portrait or branding client, you will be required to sign a photography contract to legally protect both you and Kellie Caldwell Photography, LLC. If you have any questions about the contract, please don’t hesitate to ask before signing. Contracts must be signed and submitted before the scheduled session date.
It depends. All photo sessions, including weddings, have a cancellation/rescheduling window during which your deposit is refundable. Though the timeframe can vary depending on the type of session you’ve booked and whether or not any services have already been rendered. I recommend you refer to the “Cancellation and Refund” section of your contract.
All clients are responsible for showing up to their session site on time. Failure to show up at your session’s start time means time will be deducted from your session.
